Answers before you book.
Clear answers about services, pricing, scheduling, rescheduling, and the cases that need manual review.
The fastest answer usually depends on where you are in the booking flow.
Use services when you are still choosing, booking when you are ready to price and schedule, and contact when the job needs manual review.
Questions before checkout
What are the main services Grenbee is focused on?
The main transactional services are home cleaning and routine lawn care. Other services can still exist, but the clearest booking experience is being built around the services customers can understand, price, schedule, and repeat more easily.
Will I see the price before I pay?
Yes. The booking flow is designed to show the current total before secure checkout. The price can change when you choose a larger scope, add extras, select a recurring option, or enter details that require manual review.
Why does Grenbee ask questions before checkout?
Each question should affect price, timing, availability, or the service instructions. The goal is to avoid vague jobs, surprise pricing, and unnecessary back-and-forth after the booking is created.
Scope and recurring service
Can I book recurring cleaning or lawn care?
Yes, when the selected service supports recurrence. Cleaning and lawn care can show recurring options because repeat visits actually fit those services. One-time project services do not need recurring choices.
How do cleaning add-ons work?
Add-ons such as inside fridge, inside oven, cabinets, windows, laundry, or bed making should be selected before checkout so the visit has the right scope and estimated time from the start.
What if my lawn is overgrown or needs more than routine service?
If the yard condition changes the time or equipment needed, the booking flow should collect that detail before checkout or route the request for manual review when it is outside the standard scope.
Rescheduling, coverage, and manual review
Can I reschedule a booking?
Eligible bookings can be rescheduled from the customer account when the booking status and timing allow it. Grenbee should check availability again before confirming the new time, including whether a worker is available for that slot.
What happens if my ZIP or address is outside the service area?
Coverage should be validated during booking. If the address is outside the current coverage area, the request should not move forward as a normal checkout unless Grenbee chooses to review it manually.
What if the job is commercial?
Commercial cleaning is not treated like a standard residential checkout. It should go to the contact intake form so Grenbee can review the property, scope, timing, and staffing before confirming anything.
Still not sure where to start?
Start with the service page if you are comparing options. Use contact only when the job is outside the normal residential booking flow.
